SPRING ORCHESTRA CONCERT
**6th grade parents take special note of this change**
The Spring Concert will be in the GYM @ BMS and EVERYONE will play on the same concert at 7:00 pm. Students should arrive no later than 6:45.

SUPERIOR RATINGS
at this year's SC Concert Festival Competition.

Welcome to our new Bryson Strings teacher:
Ms. Emily Blankenship!
Ms. Blankenship will be co-teaching the 7th and 6th grade
classes with Ms. Rex this year. Ms. B attended Florida State
University and Converse College.
She is a wonderful musician and I know that everyone
will do their part to make her feel welcome and a part
of our Bryson Strings Family!

October 24th: Fall for Arts (formerly "Musical Masquerade")
*6th graders perform @ 5:30
*7th & 8th graders perform @ 7:15
Carnival games and fun between the concerts
December 6th: Christmas concert (BMS Auditorium)
*6th grade concert - 6:00
*7th grade concert - 7:15
May 14th: Spring Pops Concert
*All grades perform together - 7:00

Just as a reminder, if you have played guitar before, this is not
the class for you. Our guitar class here at Bryson is for beginners.
We will focus on learning to hold the guitar, read music notes, and
work on developing our skills - to perform on a recital at the end
of each semester!
