Welcome to LMS PE and Health. The program is designed to engage students in learning through participation in sports and diverse lessons. Students will experience many sports while in PE that provide for opportunities beyond their school years. While students are in health they will take part in lessons that relate directly to their life. Students will be able to easily make applications from what they have learned in health to their everyday lives.
