My Philosophy on Teaching

I firmly believe that a teacher’s relationship with their students is the key to success in the classroom. Students of all ages are more receptive to a teacher that is willing to get to know them beyond their academic performance. We have to get to know our students – their likes and dislikes, their strengths and weaknesses. It is not only our job to deliver information to our students, but to deliver it in a way that they will remember.
