Welcome to another exciting year at Mauldin High School!  This site will inform you about our class happenings, hopes and dreams. We talk a lot about expectations and setting goals in life in order to reach higher and farther than we’ve ever gone before.  As we all work together for the good of the students, they may be able to succeed more than they might otherwise expect.

I am a retired, re-fired teacher and who is working as a long-term substitute in our class this year.  I graduated from The College of Charleston in 1993 after raising two wonderful sons: a doctor here in Simpsonville and a BP engineer presently living in London.  My oldest granddaughter attends MHS, and three other granddaughters are successfully following in 5th, 4th, and 1st grade.

Last summer I spent six weeks visiting my son's family and those two sweethearts in London experiencing the wonders of the “old world”!  I do enjoy traveling after years as a Navy wife and two sons who tend to live in diverse parts of the world.

I love young people and teaching, so after retiring to take care of my parents, I am now enjoying a different experience as a substitute.  I hope to inspire your youth to aspire and reach higher than ever before in a world of opportunity and challenges. Call the school if you have questions or comments and ask for Tina Moore.  God bless us everyone!
