In order to retake a test students are required to complete
an error analysis.
*First copy the question on a clean sheet of paper.
*Second find and write the correct response and underline it.
*Next they must explain why their original response was
incorrect. The following explanations are unacceptable:
"I didn't know the answer."
"I thought the answer was $^&&*."
"Because it wasn't right."
"Because it was wrong."
"I got confused."
I need to know why the incorrect response is not correct. The explanation must include a scientific reason for the original response being incorrect, such as "Mammals have fur or hair, not a beak."
*Then staple the analysis to the back of the test to turn
in 3 days prior to the retake date.
***If the analysis is not completed, the student will not be allowed to
retake the test.
