The Mission of the Hound Dogs 

We come to school to get smart.  We want to be smart so when we grow up we can know a lot, have a good education, and have a good job.  We need a good job so we can have money for our needs so we can live.

The Mission of Buena Vista Elementary School is to educate all students academically while supporting them socially and emotionally
as they develop into productive citizens and lifelong learners.

Mrs. Hubbard’s Mission Statement

I will help every child I teach develop to his or her potential.  I will use every teachable moment, using methods that fit each child's learning style.  I believe that all children can and will learn if they are given a positive experience with success.
