Art Room Mission and Goal…

An Awesome Art room is full of learning, creativity, and fun!  We will respect ourselves, others, and art materials.  We will learn to use our art materials safely and in creative ways.  An Awesome Art room teaches us how to be original, imaginative, confident, and independent artists.

About Art Class...

Students will be exposed to a variety of mediums and artists in order to better express their unique visions as independent artists.  Lessons center on art production, art history, art criticism, and aesthetic valuing.  The Art Program is sequential and aligned with the SC and National Art Standards.
