 MISSION STATEMENT of Ms. Phillips' Students: 
   "We come to Resource to help us learn good listening skills, 
    focus skills, and reading and writing.  We come to Resource 
   because we learn new things in  different ways. Resource helps  
   us helps us get better grades in our classes so we can pass to
   the next grade."
