On Thursday, October 2, 2008, we had our Student Council Induction ceremony for the 2008-09 school year. Our president this year is Sara DeSantis, vice president is Jazmin Aiken, secretary is Savannah Cervantes, and the Sergeant-at-Arms is Zant Cason. Mrs. Cleveland welcomed everyone and then Mr. Givins opened the ceremony by having Sara take the oath of office of president. Sara then gave to oath to the other officers and the representatives. After the ceremony, the officers, representatives and parents went to the cafeteria for refreshments.
