Greetings Thomas E. Kerns Family and Friends:

Our students and their families are the heart of what we do here at Thomas E. Kerns Elementary.  We welcome you as a "true" partner in the academic achievement of your child and the overall success of our school.  We invite you to volunteer, observe and participate in the classroom, and attend our outstanding parent trainings on academic assistance, parenting skills, literacy, homework assistance, instructional technology, and much, much more.

At Thomas E. Kerns Elementary, we are proud to be a Title I school!  We recieve supplemental funding from the federal government to support the core academic program of our school.  All parents are invited to participate in the planning of any and all aspects related to Title I.
