| Welcome to Mrs. O'Malley's Computer Tech Classes. This year will be an exciting year, during the first and second semesters, sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students will learn about basic computer technology. Some items that students will learn about are basic computer skills, photography, web design, Web 2.0 tools, and much more. In addition, seventh and eighth grade students will learn TV/Video production. Students will use basic video editing software such as movie maker and adobe premier elements. Students will learn how to properly handle equipment as well as how to complete the preproduction, production, and post production procedures as they create group video projects. Lastly, during the second semester, seventh grade students will learn about journalism and they will also help create the school newspaper. |
