Welcome to the web site of Richard Blighton, social studies teacher. I am delighted to be on the faculty of Northwest Middle School and look forward to a year filled with many learning activities which will enrich your student's education.
I also look forward to being involved with you as parents, the other faculty members at Northwest Middle, and your children in the learning process. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns about your child's progress or the curriculum. You may call the school to arrange a time for an appointment.
This will be my seventh year at Northwest Middle School. I have found the community, staff and administration at Northwest to be very cooperative and united in one goal. That goal is to give each child the best education possible. To that end I will do everything I can to make sure your child has a very productive year.
