Girl's Physical and Health Education
Physical and Health Education is a vital subject. No matter who you are, where you come from, or where you are going in life, your health determines your quality of life. Health is not just the absence of disease in your physical body, but it also encompasses mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects. My goal is to provide teenagers with the tools necessary to live healthy lives, as well as, teach them how to use these tools to live a lifetime of optimal health.
