Our students' schedules depend on the therapist for day of the week/time and the IEP for frequency Our school hours are from 7:45 AM-2:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year at Washington Center.We have been practicing communication skills in a variety of locations within the school setting. We are frequently working in the classrooms with the teachers and using the Promethean Boards with your student. Each student is given the opportunity to participate in non-verbal/verbal communication activities through the use of augmentative communication/assistive technology.
Our themes have focused on "back to school" activities/routines, fall, getting to know new faces, and Challenge Day.
