About Me

I was raised in nearby Easley, SC where I caught on to my love of history at an early age. I remember feeling so inspired and excited when I learned about things that had taken place many years ago. During my years at Easley Junior High I realized my goal of becoming a teacher and sharing the history of the World with others.

In 1998 I graduated from EHS and entered Clemson University soon after. Like many of you, I grew up around the traditions of Clemson and was always destined to graduate from there. My time at Clemson was fun and strengthened my desire to become a teacher. In 2003 I graduated from Clemson with a BA in Secondary Education: Social Studies.  In 2008 I again graduated from Clemson earning a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision.  Go Tigers!!!

The 2011- 2012 school year will mark my eighth year at Mauldin High. I am very excited to be returning and I am looking forward to a great year!
